At Essences For Life we would like to make your purchase as easy as possible. We are dedicated to help you each step of the way.
Orders get sent from Cape Town. Collection available on arrangement. Special arrangements can be made for pick up in Pretoria. (Previous collection address has changed)
Important to Note:
Order from available immediately category to receive your order within 1-3 business days
Orders made from Not-so Available Immediately category takes an estimated 7-9 business days to receive then an additional 3-4 business days to send out
Orders from Back ordered category can take an estimated 4-8 weeks to receive. Then additional business days for delivery. This is only an estimate and can take much longer so we advice against ordering from this category if you are in hurry
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When Placing an Order :
- In order for us to successfully process and complete orders we will need proof of payment if not paying through payfast or payflex.
- An Appropriate reference , such as the order number or customer’s name must be attached to the reference when making payment.
- Our orders gets send out THROUGH OUT THE WEEK. Please note that this does not mean you will receive it the day that we sent it out. YOU WILL EITHER RECEIVE A WAYBILL , EMAIL ,WHATSAPP OR SMS FROM THE RELEVANT COURIER COMPANIES If you have not received the waybill after a week , product is either pre-ordered or still processing.
- It is the customers own responsibility to make sure that all details that they have entered are correct. Giving us the wrong information will result in a delay in the process. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS OWN RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE PEP CODES AND AREA LOCKERS.
- If you choose the pick up option and are unable to pick it up (because you live in another province) you would need to pay for delivery
- Once the items that our customers have bought are handed over to our trusted courier company , we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to the parcel. We would of course try our best in any way we can regarding loss or damage.
- Broken Products / Parcels can be sent back at customer’s own costs for a possible refund or exchange
- Refunds can only commence when products that have been bought are back in our possession , exactly in the same condition that the customer received it in , unopened and unused with appropriate packaging and covering. A refund is not eligible after purchase when order has not been received
- When product is not collected after a month , it will go out to someone as a gift.
- When your order is still processing there will be no refunds.
- Because of parcels bought beforehand we will keep 10% of the amount when asking for a refund.

Please note we do not take any responsibility for broken or lost parcels. Once perfume has been opened and used we cannot refund!
Free Shipping : Parcels over R2000 qualify for free delivery.
Pick Up:
You may collect your parcel from our premises without any charge. Kindly note that you have to make prior arrangement with us before you arrive to pick up your parcel. You may contact us via phone at 0633627945 or via email at info@essencesforlife.co.za.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
Exchanges and returns can only be made when perfumes are leaking or the bottle is damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened and unused and in its original packaging. We will also check proof of purchase. Product needs to be send back at your own cost.
To have your product returned please send us a mail to info@essencesforlife.co.za. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will decide if the refund was approved or not.Note that you only have a period of 24 hours to request for a refund. If refund is approved , the parcel needs to be sent with your own costs.
Disclaimer:
Products are bought at your own discretion. No false promises or claims are made on these perfumes. Please do not compare these perfumes to those you would find in your local store. Although quality is outstanding, it might slightly differ (packaging wise).
If order was made from categories other than Available immediately and it has surpassed 8 weeks waiting time a replacement option will be given. Please note a refund is not possible as the payment has already been paid to the supplier. Price difference on replacements are strictly non refundable. If no communication have been received regarding choosing a replacement a replacement will be chosen for you in the 9th week of processing.
